Thus, if you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 30 days, only if unworn and unwashed. Returns will be accepted for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed except in cases where we have shipped an incorrect or defective product.

Shipping
We ship our merchandise within the U.S. by USPS. Once we ship your merchandise by USPS, it usually takes 3 - 4 working days to reach you within the U.S. If we have to order an item, it usually takes an additional 10 working days before we send it out. If you prefer a different shipping method please contact us.

Backorders
We will notify you as soon as we know an item is backordered and we will deliver it to you as soon as it is back in stock. Sometimes we are not told that an item is backordered, but as soon as we receive it, your order will be sent.
